Some tips for verbal Section:-
- Reading Comprehension accounts for 24 questions out of 34 in Verbal section, There are usually 5 passages in this section (3 larger ones and 2 smaller ones). There would be some TITA (Type in the Answer) Questions as well along with MCQs.
- To improve Your RC Skills: Enhance Your Vocabulary, develop a habit of reading editorials or articles from Magazines and newspapers. Solve atleast 2 RC Daily.
- How to solve RC: Skim through the passage. Get basic idea about it. Then Read questions. Now again read the passage carefully and answer questions one one. Just because you read the entire passage does not mean that you have to answer all the questions in it. You can leave questions in which You are not sure.
- Sentence Correction tests a candidate’s command over the grammar of English language which includes articles, phrases, clauses, modifiers, prepositions, subject-verb agreement, sentence correction, conjunctions, parts of speech, pronouns, punctuation, usage of infinitives and gerunds in sentences, tenses, etc. These may include questions on identifying the error in a sentence or fill in the blank to complete the sentence.
