AFCAT 2024
The duration of the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT 2024) is two hours during which the candidates must answer multiple choice questions on:
i) Verbal ability
ii) Numerical ability
iii) Reasoning
iv) General awareness
v) Military aptitude
There is another test , the Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT) that only candidates applying for the technical branch need to take. EKT will be a 45 minutes long test and would be held immediately after AFCAT.
If you get shortlisted on the basis of AFCAT, you will be called for further testing at one of the Air Force Selection Boards (AFSBs) at Dehradun, Mysore, Gandhinagar or Varanasi.
